Sermon Series: The Christ of a Comeback

Sermon Title: A Comeback From Hell on Earth

Reading: Philippians 4:8; Proverbs 4:23

The enemy gains access through the gateways of our minds, hearts, and spirits. What we expose ourselves to matters profoundly. The Philippian church was instructed to think on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable—not because God is restrictive, but because He is protective.

Your soul is precious, and the anointing on your life is too valuable to compromise. Examine what you’re consuming: entertainment, relationships, philosophies, and practices. Does it align with Christ or contradict Him? Some believers dance to demonic beats while wondering why they lack peace. Today, conduct a spiritual inventory. Remove access points the enemy has used. Guard your heart diligently, for from it flow the springs of life.

Reflection:

  • If you honestly audited your media, conversations, and influences from the past week, would they draw you closer to Philippians 4:8—or away from it?
  • What is one practical change you can make this week to better guard the gateway of your heart or mind?
