Baptist Grove is seeking for a Director of Outreach/Church Expansion whom will serve on our Senior Leadership Team and works closely with the Executive Pastor and Pastor. The role of the Director of Outreach/Church Expansion is to oversee the church’s local and global outreach initiatives that fall under our “Living to Serve” pillar and to increase organizational partnerships that enable the church to expand the scale and scope of its community initiatives.

Baptist Grove is seeking a Spirit-filled, creative Media Creative to lead its media ministries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in live and post-production, a strong ability to form and lead volunteer teams, and an ability to think creatively about spreading the message of Christ and the mission of the church through media.

The Facility & Grounds Coordinator is responsible for the overall care, maintenance, safety, and readiness of Baptist Grove Church facilities and grounds. This position supports worship services, ministry activities, and special events by ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and welcoming while coordinating contracted services and performing routine maintenance tasks.
