Sermon Series: The Christ of a Comeback
Sermon Title: A Comeback from Fear
Reading: Psalm 91; Psalm 27:1-5
“The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” When you make the Most High your dwelling place, fear loses its grip. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. Not because you’re immune to trouble, but because you’re covered by the Almighty. He commands His angels concerning you. He is your refuge, fortress, and shield. Today, refuse to be terrorized by night’s fears or day’s arrows. Refuse to be imprisoned by “what ifs” and worst-case scenarios. You serve the God who kept Daniel in the lion’s den, the three Hebrew boys in the furnace, and raised Jesus from the tomb. He keeps you still. Stand up. Come out. Walk boldly. You have nothing to fear.
Reflection:
- What would change if I truly believed I have nothing to fear?
