Description:
Our purpose is to worship and praise God through the art of dance and to minister to the congregation through movement. Through dance, we seek to create an atmosphere of worship, communicate God’s Word, and encourage others to draw closer to Him.
We believe dance is more than movement—it is an expression of worship, a form of ministry, and an opportunity to glorify God while blessing His people.
The Dance Ministry practices on the Thursday before the first Sunday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the MUF. We serve during the first Sunday of each month at both the 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. worship services, ministering through dance during Praise & Worship in conjunction with the choir. We also minister through dance for special services, celebrations, programs, and other occasions as requested. Additional practices are scheduled as needed to adequately prepare for these special ministry opportunities.
