The holistic fitness ministry is not just about fitness; it’s about the stewardship of our bodies and the lives God has entrusted to us, and about walking in wholeness together as a community.This ministry is designed to help us grow in every area of our lives - body, mind, and spirit because God cares about every aspect of our lives. Together, we will help one another live out the five pillars of the ministry:

* Eat well – Making food choices that support our overall holistic health.
* Move often – Engaging in regular physical activity as an act of stewardship and worship, cultivating the strength, endurance, and discipline to live as God has called us.
* Rest easy – Prioritizing both physical rest and Sabbath rest.
* Grow deeply – Deepening our relationship with Jesus Christ and growing spiritually.
* Share boldly – Inviting others, including those who do not yet believe, to join us in fitness ministry activities.
