Devotional:

Pressure has a way of exposing what we have been hiding even from ourselves. Jesus did not spiritualize his distress in Gethsemane. He named it. He told the truth about how deeply he was hurting. Many of us carry enormous weight while wearing a composed expression, performing for the people around us. But prayer is the one space where performance is not required. God already knows what you are carrying. The invitation is simply to be honest about it. You cannot surrender what you refuse to acknowledge. Today, come to God without the edited version of yourself. Name what hurts. Tell the truth. Healing begins with honesty.
