The blood over the doorposts wasn’t magical—it was covenantal. God didn’t pass over the Israelites because they performed a ritual perfectly, but because they trusted His promise. Today, we don’t need crystals, charms, or superstitions to secure God’s favor. The blood of Jesus has already secured our redemption. When anxiety tempts you to grasp for control through worldly means, remember: you are covered by something far more powerful than any stone—the precious blood of Christ. This isn’t a placebo effect; it’s divine reality. Your security doesn’t rest in what you carry in your pocket, but in who carries you in His hands. Let this truth settle your restless heart today.
