March Missions

What is March Missions?

March Missions is our inaugural, church-wide outreach initiative, inspired by the competitive energy of March Madness but fueled by our commitment to serve. From March 1st to March 29th, we are mobilizing every generation at Baptist Grove Church to make a real impact in our community through giving, volunteering, and advocacy.

Why March Missions?

Food insecurity and housing instability are real issues affecting individuals and families in our community. Through March Missions, we are stepping up as one church to provide relief, spread awareness, and be a beacon of hope for those in need. Every action counts, and just like in basketball, each point we score brings us closer to victory—for our neighbors and for the Kingdom.

How Does It Work?

March Missions is structured as a generation-based competition where each age group competes to serve the most and make the greatest impact. By participating in key outreach efforts, your generation earns points—and at the end of March, we’ll crown the March Missions Champions!

🏀 1 Point (Free Throw)

Share educational content on social media about food insecurity or affordable housing. (Proof must be sent to Outreach@baptistgrovechurch.org or tag @BGC.) **Coming Soon**

🏀 2 Points (Field Goal)

Donate canned food items or essentials for our unhoused neighbors. (Each item = 2 points!)
